Class Description
Mine the mind of an agent! Agent Sorche Elizabeth Fairbank (Fairbank Literary) will address your most common questions on agents, agenting, the ever-changing state of publishing, getting your work noticed, and whatever else you’re dying to ask. In this (likely) spirited, informal session, Sorche will answer audience questions, answer the most common questions she usually hears, and for those who are worry that there might actually be such a thing as a “bad question,” attendees can also send anonymous questions – no more than seventy words, please, and one question per e-mail, to [email protected]. Please put GRUB QUESTION in the subject line. Cutoff date for questions is July 5th.
Limited to 25 people. Free. Sign up early!
Thanks to the excellent literary citizenship of our donors, scholarships are available for all GrubStreet classes. To apply, click the gray "APPLY FOR SCHOLARSHIP" button. In order to be considered for a scholarship, you must complete your application at least one week before the start date of a class. Please await our scholarship committee's decision before registering for the class. We cannot hold spots in classes, so the sooner you apply, the better. Scholarships cannot be applied retroactively.
